Crack injection of broken concrete foundations with epoxy resin

Assessment and repair of the damage by drilling in broken areas

In the case of defective concrete foundations, it is often possible to reconnect the loose parts of the construction with special epoxy resins. This applies both to detached layers (cold-joints) and to cracks or loose anchor bolts.

For this purpose, an assessment of the foundation state is first made and then introduced holes in or around the damaged areas. In addition, Moniereisen can be introduced to increase the strength on.

Thereafter, the epoxy resin is pumped up to 200 bar into the concrete block. The resins specially developed for this purpose combine with moist and oily surfaces and cure even at very low temperatures.
